Sentrify Pty Ltd (Sentrify, we, us, our) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information in connection with the sentrify.ai website (the Site). This policy covers the Site only. Use of the Sentrify platform by customer organisations is governed by the agreement in place with that organisation.

• Demo request details — when you submit the demo request form we collect your name, work email address, and (optionally) your organisation and role.
• Technical information — when you use the Site or submit a form we may collect your IP address, browser user agent, and the page from which a request was made. We use this for security, abuse prevention, and to understand how the Site is used.
• Usage analytics — where analytics are enabled, we collect aggregated page-view and interaction events to improve the Site.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information through the Site.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your demo request and communicate with you about Sentrify.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To protect against spam, bots, and misuse (including human-verification checks).
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information you submit through the Site for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Information submitted through the Site is stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2), Australia. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We use a small number of service providers to operate the Site, and your information may be processed by them on our behalf:

• Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery — Sydney, Australia).
• Cloudflare (content delivery, security, and bot protection — a global provider; limited technical data such as IP addresses may be processed outside Australia).
• Analytics and scheduling providers (where enabled, e.g. product analytics and meeting-booking services, which may process data in the United States).

We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the APPs. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep demo request details for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of our business communications, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses strictly necessary cookies and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the Site will continue to function.

7. Access, correction, and complaints

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
