These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your access to and use of the sentrify.ai website (the Site), operated by Sentrify Pty Ltd (Sentrify, we, us, our). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information about the Sentrify Responsible AI Assurance Platform and allows you to request a demonstration. Access to and use of the Sentrify platform itself is governed by a separate customer agreement — these Terms apply to the public Site only.

2. No professional advice

Content on the Site — including material about regulatory frameworks, standards, and governance obligations — is provided for general information only. It is not legal, compliance, or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as such. You should obtain advice specific to your circumstances before acting on anything published on the Site.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by or licensed to Sentrify and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your personal or internal business use; any other reproduction or distribution requires our prior written consent. “Sentrify” and the Sentrify shield mark are trademarks of Sentrify Pty Ltd.

• use the Site in a way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others;
• submit false or misleading information through the demo request form;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its infrastructure, or related systems;
• interfere with the Site’s operation, including by scraping at scale, introducing malicious code, or circumventing security or bot-protection measures.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, a meeting-booking service). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
