Scoping call
A 45-minute call to confirm the AI systems, the framework and success criteria. You receive a one-page pilot plan.
Weeks 1–2
Onboard and register
Your workspace is set up, your AI systems are registered, the risk questionnaire is completed and your governance users are invited.
Weeks 3–4
Upload evidence
You upload policies, assessments and records. Sentrify links them to controls and flags gaps.
Weeks 5–6
Run evaluation
The five-phase evaluation runs and your TrustScore™ is generated. We walk you through the results and findings.
Week 7
Governance review
Your committee reviews the outcome in the workflow. Your people endorse and approve. Sentrify records the decision.
Week 8
Debrief and next steps
You receive the assurance report and remediation plan, and we agree what happens next.

Fee. A fixed fee, agreed at the scoping call.
Credit. The full pilot fee is credited against your first year of a subscription if you sign within 60 days of the pilot ending.
Cohort. Limited to five organisations.
Your data. Used only to deliver your pilot, stored in AWS Sydney, and never used to train AI models.
No lock-in. You can stop after week 8 with no obligation, and export your data.
